He is a member of the last generation of the Old Jouishishi. He frequently appears on the flashbacks of Sakata Gintoki and on Sakamoto Tatsuma's flashbacks during the Jouishishi war.
Appearance
He greatly resembles Kondou Isao. He has a spiky brown hair, a pair of happy eyes and and a pointed beard.
