Rakuyou in space
Rakuyou is a rainy planet mostly populated by criminals. It is the birth place of Kagura and Kamui and the main setting of the Rakuyou Decisive Battle Arc.
Environment[]
Known as the abandoned planet, it rains very frequently on Rakuyou and the sky is almost always cloudy. The city is mostly made of plain concrete buildings and there are several mountains and cliffs. The main city is made up of many shops similar to Kabukicho such as host clubs due to the large criminal population. Kouka's grave is on a cliff outside the city. Along the cliffs are Chinese styled buildings that appear to be older and in disarray. The Kiheitai used abandoned temples on Rakuyou as their hideout.
Story[]
Due to its rough environment the planet became a gathering place for criminals and those in hiding. Umibouzu and Kouka set up their home there and had both their children on the planet.
Kamui takes his division and the injured Shinsuke Takasugi to Rakuyou to hide and recover. Multiple large battles occur on the planet during Rakuyou Decisive Battle Arc, causing much destruction.
