Narasaki Donbei (楢崎 鈍兵衛) is the younger brother of Narasaki Sachi.
Story
Purportedly a good for nothing, it was rumoured that he joined a Joui rebel gang. After word got out that he had absconded with the group's money, Shinsengumi kept watch on his sister, believing that he would come to her for refuge from the pursuing rebels. However, it turned out that both he and his sister were putting up an act to scam money from the Joui rebel group all along.
