Father of Mashiroi Utsuzou 魔死呂威 鬱蔵. Leader of Mashiroi Group 魔死呂威組, a gangster or yakuza organization.
Appearance
An elderly man with a stocky build. He has a thick white beard, but with receding hair on his head. The 'X' shaped scar on his forehead presumably being from so past Yakuza exploit.
Personality
A very proud man, he hired the Odd Jobs to retrieve his son from the store room instead of admitting his approach with his son may have been wrong. Despite this he cares for his son greatly and commands the respect of many of his followers despite his age and illness.
