Mahha Noriko (魔破 のり子, Mahha Noriko) is a young amanto who immigrated to Earth from the Express Planet to start a job as an "Express Delivery Girl". Her goal is to become the best Delivery Girl in the Galaxy.

Members of her species need to stay in constant motion and have the wind in their face, if they stop for even a second they will start coughing up blood and possibly die. However, when she does feel the wind, she gets a certain amount of thrill and delightfulness out of it.

Appearance

Her attire consists of a full-body yellow delivery-uniform with double red stripes going down her arms and legs. Her hair is salmon-pink and she also wears goggles. Her eyes' color is purple.

Personality

She doesn't like it when people talk bad about her race, as she sees them as "noble people of the wind" and "honorable wind spirits". She seems to have a sense of responsibility, as she was quick to get on her feet after Gintoki had just crashed into her, and she wanted to hurry and deliver her packages. She doesn't care much for how well she does her job, though, as the packages were literally thrown at the recipients, a method that worked for her, since she had to keep moving, but not so well for the people who got their deliveries. Gintoki even compared it to terrorism.

• Noriko's surname pronunciation, Mahha is similar to Japanese pronunciation for English word, Mach.
• Her character was supposedly created by a person named Saito from Tokyo, Japan for the Amanto Contest (the results were announced at the end of Episode 66), presumably a contest held in Japan for creating a new fictional Amanto character for the show.
• Noriko references her creator, "Saito-san of Tokyo", in Episode 67 at the end of the first half in a parodical reference to "Kiki's Delivery Service".
