Summary
While battling against the Naraku, Saitou questioned Elizabeth about using notebook and placards, and the two threw them away, claiming that they no longer need words.
Back at the rock wall, Okita threw Kagura to the top as a revenge for throwing him into the wall earlier. At the same time, the others, led by Gintoki and Hijikata, also reached the top and joined the battle. Despite Oboro's threat, Gintoki and Okita chose to stay and fight against Oboro and Nobume, respectively, while Hijikata went to search for Kondou.
Before leaving, Hijikata added another article to the Kyokuchuu Hatto: "Regarding the 46 Articles that we've risked our lives to protect all this time, even if you have to violate every single one of them to do it, survive."
