Lesson 365 is the 365th chapter of the Gintama series. It is also the first chapter of the Thorny Arc. In this Lesson, a boy named Sasaki Tetsunosuke was sent to the Shinsengumi to be looked after, and he became Hijikata's assistant, much to the latter's annoyance.
