He is the Amanto who gave a flower to the Yorozuya that cringes by the looks. Once the Yorozuya started to think bad on him, he is very concerned about their well-being of these guys. Later, he was seen at the cinema to stop the ruckus, causing the viewers to cry at the film during the Sakata Gintoki and Hijikata Toushirou feud and later he now works at Andromeda

Personality

although his hideous appearance frights you, he is a green thumb Amanto who loves life on Earth (Particularly plants and insects.) In Episode 68, he is revealed that he is afraid of ghost (particularly Kagura's ghost attire, Shinpachi's Werewolf and Gintoki's Vampire attires) except that he clobbered Ochi-san in process, He is very meticulous about the life of the bug.
