He is a avid Kondou supporter. In spite of his tough guy image, he gets moved to tears by macho yakuza movies like "Alien vs Yakuza", a parody of Alien vs Predator.
Story
Harada Unosuke first appeared in Episode 9, demanding to know from his Vice Commander Hijikata Toushirou whether their Commander Kondou lost a duel with a "silver-haired samurai", and that he found it unbelievable that Kondou could have lost.
