I always thought Elizabeth was a guy, & I still do consider him one, but then why does Katsura always refer to him as a she?
Elizabeth is a guy inside of a female costume. So Katsura calls him a her. Katsura goes based off of what the costume's gender is every once in a while.
Elizabeth is a male, both the Eren and normal Elizabeth. I think Eren Elizabeth is a male because he has a girlfriend, namely Fumiko. Or if you want to go say Eren Elizabeth is lesbian... And I think normal Elizabeth is a male because in an episode, there is a scene showing that he has a family, him being the father. I think Katsura thinks Elizabeth is female because of its appearance.("-_-)
