Plot[]

In a flashback, the sickly king of Oukoku is in a discussion with his retainers, who have split into two factions due to disagreements over who should succeed the throne. Nes (Jii) and his faction support Prince Hata, whom they said was kind and doting towards animals. However, Dan and his faction prefer the elder Prince Barkas, who was capable and more politically-savvy. Nes said that Prince Barkas could never become king because he had a short antenna, also known as "chinko". Since ancient times, the people of Oukoku have judged a male's worth based on the size of his "chinko". Nes considers Prince Hata to be more superior due to his larger "chinko" and adds that the current king could never become the ruler if not for the size of his "chinko", causing the king to collapse in anger. With his final words, the king said that the next ruler would be someone who was both capable and had a big "chinko". At his grave, a young Prince Hata and Prince Barkas said that their father could not forget about their oldest brother, Prince Dragonia, who was hailed a hero due to his abilities and long "chinko". However, the massive size of his "chinko" led to his death in a tragic accident. To prevent further conflict among the retainers, Prince Barkas chooses to leave the peaceful kingdom and leave the throne for Prince Hata.

In the present day in Prince Hata's ark, Katsura uses Prince Hata's safety to threaten his men into joining the fight against the Altana Liberation Army. Jii refuses but was grabbed by Hasegawa, who had earlier been arrested by Prince Hata and put into the neighbouring cell. Prince Hata and Jii get into an argument, but were attacked by Dan, who had been waiting for an opportunity to get rid of Prince Hata and establish a new country ruled by men with small "chinko". Dan reveals that Prince Hata chose to remain a prince even after taking over the country. In a flashback, Prince Hata tells Prince Barkas that with his big "chinko" and his brother's talent, they could work together to be as capable as Prince Dragonia. Overhearing the conversation through Sakamoto's radio, Shijaku who was revealed to be Prince Barkas, tells Dan to stand down. He shared that since leaving Oukoku, he had been fighting wars and searching for new home, but realised that all he has been doing was to run away. Shijaku decides that he would join forces with Prince Hata to take down the army.

However, back on Prince Hata's ark, no one was listening to Shijaku's speech as a dragon-like creature has emerged from Elizabeth's crotch. Jii recognises it to be Prince Dragonia's massive "chinko". The dragon-like creature blasts Dan and his men away, and tells Katsura that he has regained a memory from his past after hitting his head. After Prince Dragonia got into the accident, he lost his memory and was found by the Renho Tribe. Jii asks Elizabeth return to rule their planet, but Elizabeth rejects the offer, stating that Prince Dragonia no longer exists within him. However, Elizabeth requests for the support of the Oukaku soldiers to fight alongside them, to take back Prince Barkas and help to save Earth.

Back in Edo, the Shinsengumi has split the Dakini army into two. The Shinsengumi launch an attack from their rear while the Onibawanshuu attack from the front. In Kabukicho, the residents detect the enemy's approach. The Four Devas command the trecbuchet attack and a rock projectile hits...Gintoki in the face, knocking him out.
