Introduction
A strange girl suddenly attacks Gintoki on the streets and asks to be his underling
Plot
A stranger is asking at a random bar about who the strongest people in Kabuki District are. The bartender tells her about the Four Devas Saigou Tokumori, Kujaku Hime Kada, Doromizu Jirochou, Otose and about Gintoki, who is supposedly one of Otose's pawns. The stranger attacks Gintoki on the streets and, after seeing his sword skills, bowed, took off her hat, and pleaded to be taken in as one of Gintoki's underlings. She introduces herself as Chin Pirako and says that she is there to help Gintoki and herself be the bosses of Japan. Pirako, along with Yorozuya walk the streets only to find trouble when a Jirochou gang member is apparently hurt by Pirako. Gintoki tries to cool the situation by pretending that he was hurt himself so that the two sides are now even. The jirohou gang member agrees but grabs Pirako saying she must "pay with her body" but Gintoki beats them up, later on, Kurogoma Katsuo shows up after the fight. Meanwhile, the Four Devas were discussing about the peace in town and the troubles Jirchou's gang brings to Kabuki District. After Jirichou himself shows up, the four reach a consensus that if one faction picks a fight with any other faction. All 3 factions will team up to kill them. Back to Gintoki, he and Pirako is now restrained in a cemented barrel in front of numerous jirochou gang members.
