Introduction[]

The Shogun wants Gintoki, Kagura, and Shinpachi to redo his mage. After Kagura is trying to ask the Shogun how he wants his hair done, she vomits and a Naruto gets stuck on the Shogun's head. Then the three Yorozuya try removing it with a razor and accidentally cut off the Shogun's mage. To cover up their mistake they try to find a replacement for it.

Plot[]

Shogun Shige Shige stays at the barbershop to have his mage done, while Matsudaira goes to a hostess club. Their lives now on the line, the Gintama anxiously try and decide on how to proceed with cutting the Shogun's hair. Because of the anxiety, Shinpachi vomits into a bucket. Nauseous by the vomit smell, Kagura vomits onto the Shogun when she tries to serve him. After Kagura is pulled into the backroom, they notice a naruto on the shogun's forehead. She claims that she had ramen for lunch that day, which explains why there's one on his forehead. Gintoki then tries to wipe the naruto off the Shogun's face, but his attempts end in failure.

Now with two narutos over his eyes, Gintoki tries to remove one of them. But one of them gets stuck on his forehead again. So Kagura uses a razor to carefully peel it off and in the process cuts off the Shogun's mage. To try and feign that they cut the Shogun's mage. Gintoki throws it out the door and chastises Shinpachi for keeping dog crap in the store. Desperate to figure out a way to handle their problem. Gintoki pulls back the Shogun's hair back so tight that his face is tightened so much that he becomes unrecognizable. This, however, doesn't solve their problem as the Shogun's current mage is too tiny and his real one was taken by a dog. As Kagura fetches the Shogun's mage, Gintoki creates a new one from Kondo's pubic hair. He then glues it to the Shogun's head, but the Shogun starts to get fuschia boils on his forehead.

To try and remedy the situation, Gintoki cuts Katsura's hair until there's barely any left. Feeling guilty for Kondo, Gintoki glues Katsura's hair to his private area. Kagura then returns with the Shogun's mage, however, it's now a dog turd. Because of their predicament, the Yorozuya flee the barbershop. Katsura and Kondo then awaken from their sleep and an emotional Shogun promises to reform the barbershop. The Shogun does this and the barbershop gets a grandiose makeover making it the #1 barbershop in Oedo.
