- The Alternate Version - Parody of Neon Genesis Evangelion's last episode.
- The Alternate Version 2 - Gintoki becomes a baseball player and also the boss of Shinsengumi, Shinpachi dies in the final battle, and Elizabeth becomes a cyborg.
- The Real Alternate Version 2 - Shinpachi became a snivelling henshin bishoujo Pachie that made Kagura a rabbit mascot, Gintoki a Mickey Mouse, and Takasugi becomes... whatever.

Trivia[]
- In the Evangelion parody, Hasegawa takes the place of Gendo Ikari. Both of whom are voiced by Fumihiko Tachiki.
- At the end of the episode, in the preview, Kagura presents the following episode mimicking Happy's voice from 'Fairy Tail' and also using his Japanese catchphrase: "tenawakede"「てな訳で」(which means "with that being said" or "for that reason" or "so."). This subtlety might've been included because Fairy Tail started airing not too long after this episode has aired.
